Emergency Lighting Design, Installation and Maintenance

AC Electrical (Rochdale) Ltd offers a service to design an emergency lighting scheme in accordance with the current regulations and guidelines. Emergency light testing can be scheduled as a one-off compliance check or as part of an ongoing programme of testing and certification. We can provide remedial works and repairs where necessary, along with an emergency light test certification/report.

To adhere to BS5266-1 standards, it is a requirement to have your emergency lights fully tested and evaluated annually, our engineer will carry out the following:

• The system complies with the current regulations
• Visual inspection of the equipment
• Luminaire duration testing
• Functionality of all devices
• Labelling of luminaires
• Inspection of the test results and logbooks
• Report of repairs necessary
• Advice on any improvements
• Certification
